On the borders of Wales on the Iron age fort hill of Wapley Hill and its surrounding Forest in Herefordshire, we look south over a sheep farming valley. One Apiaries are backed on the edge of Wapley Hill Forest looking south down from ancient woodlands, bluebell woods and down over the valley with only sheep farming in sight. Our Forest Apiary houses local black bee populations foraging in bluebell woods and surrounding forest woodland at 900 feet. Below, our Hedgerow Apiary provides bees with open grass fields and native species hedgerows to forage from.
