For our beautiful hampers, we offer Free UK Nominated Day Delivery on all hamper orders. All available delivery date options will be clearly shown at checkout. Please note that availability is subject to your location, the specific type of hamper, and courier availability in your area.
Can I get my order delivered to a UK military base (BFPO)?
Yes, you certainly can! We are happy to deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. All available delivery options to your chosen BFPO address will be displayed at checkout. Please be aware that orders placed for BFPO addresses are typically expected to arrive within 10-14 working days. You can track your order's journey as far as your BFPO office. Once your parcel has been successfully delivered to the BFPO office, you'll need to contact them directly for any further delivery updates, as is standard practice for Army deliveries. It's a great way to send presents for friends female serving abroad!

What if I receive the wrong item or my order is damaged?
We're so sorry if this happens! We strive for perfection, but if you have received any incorrect or damaged items, you must inform us at https://cccollections.com/pages/help-contact-us within a reasonable period of time after delivery. We will guide you through the process and arrange for the products to be returned to us using one of our free returns options.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to update the address, but please be aware that changes might not be possible once your order has been processed for dispatch. Always double-check your address at checkout!
What happens if I'm not home for a large delivery?
For larger deliveries via couriers like DHL, UPS, or FedEx, they will typically attempt delivery multiple times or leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. They may also contact you directly. We recommend tracking your order closely to anticipate its arrival.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Generally, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, especially for larger items or international shipments, due to courier restrictions. Please provide a physical street address for your delivery. If you only have a PO Box, please contact us to discuss possible alternatives.
What about customs duties and taxes for international orders?
For international orders; For EU member state only for orders with value up to €150, or the GBP equivalent, placed on or after 1st July 2021 can the VAT be paid under IOSS, International One Stop Shop. To all countries, if clearance conditions are not met, or even at times in error, customs charges may be collected by the local post / parcel delivery company from the recipient. Please be aware that local customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside of our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
