Our Returns Policy
We accept returns for a generous 30 days from the date of delivery. We are happy to offer free return shipping and no restocking fees. The only exception is for items that are damaged, missing parts, or soiled upon return. Please do not send back dirty or used items; we kindly ask that all returns are sent back in a resalable condition.
Our returns policy is applicable to most of our range, from ladies clothing dresses to our various natural gifts, with a few key exceptions for perishable goods and select products.

Option 2: Email Us Directly
If you prefer, you can also email us directly to initiate your return. Please include your name, order number, and a brief reason for the return. We'll book in the return for you and send you the return label.

Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 48 hours for us to process your return. Your refund will then be issued via your chosen method. For returns to your original payment method, it generally takes 3-5 working days, depending on your payment provider. If you choose a credit note or exchange, your new discount code or replacement item will be processed immediately after your return is checked in.
Non-Returnable Items & Exclusions
While most of our items can be returned, there are some that cannot, or can only be returned under our goodwill policy. This is due to their nature, hygiene standards, or specific production methods.
- Perishable Items: This includes items like honey, food, flowers, food gifts, and fruit baskets. These products are generally non-returnable and are only covered in accordance with your statutory rights.
- Personalised & Special Orders: Made-to-measure and personalised items, as well as furniture and very large special delivery items, cannot be returned. These products may have their own terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase.
- Hygiene Sealed Items: Products such as swimwear, toiletries, and some cosmetics can only be returned if they are unopened and their security or hygiene seal is fully intact.

Can I return an item by post using my own shipping method?
Yes, you can. Please email us with your tracking number after posting. In the parcel, please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return. This helps us to process your return efficiently when we receive it.
What if I've received the wrong item?
We’re so sorry about that! If you have received any incorrect items, you must inform us at https://cccollections.com/pages/help-contact-us within a reasonable period of time. We will then provide you with a free returns label and guide you on the next steps.
What if I change my mind and don’t want to return an item anymore?
If you change your mind after initiating a return and decide that you don’t want to return the item anymore, simply keep it and enjoy it! No further action is needed on your part.
